About ABRSM

Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (ABRSM) is a national level Teachers forum initiated with a prime role to propagate the ideology of Nation first philosophy especially in the field of education and society along with safeguarding the interest of the teaching community that includes their pay/allowances/promotions and other service conditions. ABRSM always keeps in mind on its objectives, plans and executes the programmes of social concern and to upgrade the educational prospects of the students. It has also been creating a platform for knowledge dissemination to all teachers speaking different local languages by the way of conducting programmes in all states of the nation. ABRSM plays a pivotal role for catering the needs of teachers and illuminate them with the treasure of latest technical knowledge. Perhaps, ABRSM is sincerely making its strenuous attempts to incorporate the newest developments in science and technology to the teachers by providing them a conducive environment to deliberate with renowned academic / industrial experts. The organization is also encouraging the practice of promoting regional languages and further enhance the collaboration between teachers of various academic Institutions.

THETA & Its Scope

Tamil Nadu Higher Education Teachers Association (THETA) is a non-profit state level organization affiliated to ABRSM that formed among the academicians of Tamil Nadu and it was initiated with the motto of taking care of the Welfare of the Students, General Public and also the Teachers of Tamil Nadu. It has also been established intending for a prosperous Tamil Nadu and to build India as one among the developed nation.

THETA is also committed itself to uphold the democratic values of our nation without compromising its heritage, customs, traditional values and culture. THETA is striving at its best to promote all Indian Regional languages among faculty members and students to improve the teaching-learning process.

Need for Multi disciplinary Approach
to Accelerate The Mission of VIKSIT Bharat

ABRSM firmly believes that bringing an environment for the cross pollination of ideas from the innovators and problem solvers hailing from different disciplines will foster creativity and lead to novel solutions. In fact, it is witnessed that breakthrough inventions often occurs at the intersection of fields. Owing to interconnected problems, there exists complexity of modern challenges. In such instances, solutions to the complex problem cannot be considered as isolated ones. In order to achieve a comprehensive development covering the four key pillars of VIKSIT Bharat viz., Youth Development, Upliftment of Underprivileged sections, Inclusivity and Empowerment of women in every sector and to make India as the “Food basket of the world,” understanding the interconnections of various sectors through a multidisciplinary lens is crucial for the effective utilization of resources and for the better co-ordination of efforts.

  • Paper Presentations are encouraged and invited from the interested participants.
  • Interested Faculty members / Research Scholars may present the oral presentation of their research work on the focus areas / themes of the conference in the scheduled slots.
  • The report of the work / paper (in English) may be submitted by the intending participants not exceeding one page and the same shall be made as per the format provided in the registration form.
  • One page report of the work / paper of all the registered participants would be acknowledged only through Google Form for the consideration of publication in the proceedings of the conference with ISBN Number.

Note:
